Is there a mention of how validators will "opt-in" to additional AVS in Eigenlayer protocol? Going through the Eigenlayer whitepaper and can't seem to find it. or, will this become a B2b sales pitch from devs of those AVS to validator community? "Get x% fee for 20% increase in CPU load"

+1. So far we just use Jira bots to achieve this but adds a lot of noise. Back in Uber, there was an internal bot to queue questions for a team in their channel, which they could respond to and mark as resolved (was being used for diffs as well with integrations with phabricator).
