Game Plan for Any Crypto Team Right Now:
The startups that will actually succeed in the long run are the ones ruthlessly focused on two things:
1. AI at the core. Not AI-washing or hype wrappers. Real integration: autonomous agents that transact on-chain, verifiable AI inference in wallets/protocols, decentralized compute or agent-to-agent commerce. This is where the money, talent, and institutional adoption are flowing in 2026.
2. Capital preservation first with Long runways, revenue-first (or at least a clear path to it), zero tolerance for 18–36 month speculative burns. Efficient teams, disciplined spending, stablecoin treasuries, and building products people actually pay for (or use in TradFi/RWA flows).
Hype cycles come and go. The 2025–2026 correction has washed out leverage and weak hands. What survives — and dominates the next leg up — is real tech at the AI × crypto intersection + teams that can actually live to see it.
Build like you’re in a multi-year bear, but ship like the bull is already here for AI-native infrastructure.
That’s the entire game plan. Everything else is noise.
