Hello from Finland with the same issue - we even have to pay pension fee based on assumed income per industry, not the actual income. So in worst case, an entrepreneur has to pay thousands of euros in pension payments from income of 0. And of course, this payment actually isn't your pension, just a pyramid scheme, sanctioned by the state.
