Coinbase support is laughably inadequate. Despite multiple attempts, I've been unable to get an agent to properly escalate my issue. In Advanced mode, both on web and mobile, my balances are incorrectly showing as ZERO, and the portfolio page is empty. Spot trading in Advanced mode fails due to balance access issues, yet Simple mode works fine. Five agents have offered the same unhelpful suggestions, only to go silent after claiming they'd escalate the issue. Anyone with insight, please help!
