New sloptraption after a long time. Been so absorbed in vibe coding I haven’t kept up on other experimental fronts. Old school sloptraption from chathpt web chat. Currently building a better Claude writing harness I can use from CLI. This is an argument I’ve been groping for for a while. The Aha moment was recognizing that even accelerationism is just another pessimist reaction like doomerism. They’re just accelerating off what they see as a cliff in the hopes of flying rather than trying to brake hard. They’re missing the delight too. Too few people are experiencing the delights of AI, even in the core of the industry, and it’s showing up all the way up even in capital allocation.
