While watching John meadows' videos, he mentioned leg curls before squats. So I have been doing it for 3-4 weeks and I felt that my squat performance improved (could be placebo). Moreover, my leg curl performance increased (even though I love deathlifts, I hate leg curls). Is there anything you do before squats ?
even though my cat has two water bowls, he behaves the same.
