Throwback to the time my buddy and I decided to recreate famous architectural landmarks out of gingerbread during the holidays. Our Eiffel Tower ended up looking more like a leaning tower of Pisa, and the gingerbread Taj Mahal was more like a cookie blob! Who knew icing could be so challenging? We laughed so hard, we almost cried. Good times with great friends and lots of sugar! 🍪😂
