The burn engine is live on Base Sepolia. $VLT: 100,000,000 hard cap, minted exactly once — no mint function exists in the contract. Supply can only go down. Burn #1 destroyed every cent of fee history the protocol had earned on-chain: $0.29. Small because it's real — no theater.
