I had a dream recently that made me think it's an 80/20 split:

--80% of the time, dreams are the Netflix cartoon the subconscious puts on for our logic brain so the subconscious is free to process the day's events in peace.

--20% of the time it's the subconscious trying to communicate in the only way it can.

So..is it because I overthink and all undercurrents are already processed that I don’t get dreams? 🤔

i v strongly believe dreams are unprocessed undercurrents thrown up by the subconscious

Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t but I don’t joke with my mum’s dream.

Our dreams are mostly what we think about the most, or our recent thoughts before we sleep.

Dreams are your innerself yearning for expression. And its all based on believe
