Difference between the price of perpetual futures and the spot price on Binance PERPETUAL-SPOT PRICE GAP Green zone - the range where the price of perpetual contracts is significantly higher than the spot. This indicates that long positions, longs are aggressively dominating, participants are chasing growth using leverage. In other words - the euphoria phase. Red zone - the opposite situation: futures are trading below spot. This is either shorts dominating or a high degree of caution.
