I'm a youth basketball coach, and I'm learning from this game. Spo's decision to use the zone when the Heat are ahead is a lesson in what not to do. The Bulls were making three - pointers and kept making it a close contest. When you're winning, it's smarter to make the other team work for their points. Spo needs to find a better defensive strategy. That zone isn't working like it did three years ago.
