you need a phone. that’s it.
not a camera.
not a mic.
not studio lighting.
the phone you already own is enough. if you have a tripod, great. if you don’t, put your phone on a shelf. lean it against a book. ask someone to hold it.

“but i feel uncomfortable on camera” good. that means you’re human.
do you think anyone felt comfortable the first time they talked to a camera? you’re not the exception. you’re the rule.
the difference between people who create and people who don’t is simple. creators keep showing up despite the discomfort. being uncomfortable has never been a valid reason to stop doing something.
let me tell you something... your first videos are supposed to be bad this part is important. your first video won’t be good. and that’s normal.
take your phone. put your face in front of it. start talking.
