There’s a fine line every CEO has to walk.
On one side is micromanagement, where you hover so close that you suffocate creativity. On the other side is absence, where people feel abandoned and unclear.
The real work is landing in the middle, close enough to set vision and remove roadblocks, far enough to let smart people do what you hired them to do.
