1/2 Hey, friends!☺️Let's talk today about one of the important indicator that we need to use when we trading in vooi @vooi-app terminal https://beta.vooi.io/ - the Stoch RSI (Stochastic Relative Strength Index) indicator! The Stoch RSI (Stochastic Relative Strength Index) indicator is a technical tool that combines two popular oscillators: RSI and Stochastic Oscillator. Its purpose is to identify overbought and oversold conditions of an asset with higher sensitivity than the regular RSI. Stoch RSI isn't calculated based on price, but on the values of the RSI itself. It measures where the current RSI value is in relation to its recent range. Stoch RSI values fluctuate between 0 and 1 (or 0-100%). More sensitive than regular RSI, gives more signals, but more "noise".

2/2 A value closer to 1 (e.g. above 0.8) is an overbought signal, meaning a correction or downward reversal is possible. A value closer to 0 (e.g. below 0.2) is an oversold signal, meaning a rebound or upward reversal is possible. This indicator works best in short-term trading and in highly volatile markets and coins. It's often used in combination with other indicators or support/resistance levels to confirm signals. Intersections of lines within zones may indicate entry or exit points. Stoch RSI is a useful indicator for active traders looking for early reversal or correction signals. However, it's sensitivity requires caution: without additional filters, it can generate false signals. Come with me to @vooi-app to practice use this indicator!
