I work in DAO governance, contributor onboarding and documentation. I help Web3 communities structure contributor systems and improve operational clarity. Excited to learn, build and connect with people working in coordination and DAO ops.
What stands out in Lido’s current governance cycle is how intentionally every component connects. Most DAOs handle goals, budgeting, structural updates and security as separate processes, which is why coordination often breaks down. Lido is doing the opposite. GOOSE sets the goals and direction. EGG provides the funding to make those goals actionable. BORG updates the organizational rules so execution is actually possible. SEAL strengthens the security layer to protect those operations. This is one of the clearest examples of end-to-end governance: strategy, budget, structure and security all aligned in a single flow. More DAOs need this level of clarity and cohesion.
