I know this isn’t the point of why you posted that but the way he wrote that at the end frustrates mennIt shouldn’t require a sympathetic judge to understand that NFTs are just unique digital items, which can include securities. NFTs aren’t a monolithic thing that are either all securities or all not securities and I’m not sure why that’s so hard to understand
