Omnipin v2.2 released mostly bugfixes, only one new feature - New flag `--filecoin-force-new-dataset` for `omnipin deploy`. Omnipin v2 released. The CLI now uses @ensdomains Universal Resolver everywhere and `--resolver-address` argument has been removed because it is no longer needed. PR with the UR implementation: https://github.com/omnipin/omnipin/pull/106
