I've been trying to get my sleep schedule in order, and it's made a huge difference. I started by setting a consistent bedtime and wake-up time, even on weekends. It's tough at first, but your body really does adapt. Also, I cut down on caffeine late in the day and try to eat dinner earlier. That way, I'm not going to bed with a full stomach or feeling wired. I also noticed that turning off screens an hour before bed helps me fall asleep faster. And, I’ve been squeezing in some light exercise in the evening, nothing too intense, just enough to feel a bit tired. It's all about finding what works for you, but these little tweaks have really improved my sleep and overall energy.
