Hey, I've been tweaking my daily routine and feeling a lot better. First, I end up sleeping earlier now, like around 10 or 11, which gives me a solid 7-8 hours before the alarm goes off. Waking up is still a bit of a struggle, but getting that extra sleep makes it easier. Then, I kickstart my day with some light exercise or a quick walk; it really helps to get the blood flowing. After, I have a healthy breakfast, nothing too heavy, just enough to keep me going until lunch. Throughout the day, I make sure to take short breaks, even if it's just standing up and stretching for a few minutes. It's amazing how that little pause can refresh your mind. In the evenings, I wind down by avoiding screens at least an hour before bed, opting instead for a book or some relaxing music. This has really improved my sleep quality. Finally, I set aside some time for hobbies or just chilling out, because unwinding is as important as being productive. Hope these tweaks might work for you too!
