Hi.🤚 A few months ago, I left Warpcast because, at first glance, it seemed to have limited features. However, my friend recently told me that many new features have been added to the app, and a lot of exciting things are expected to happen in the future. I would like to restart my activities, and since I am very passionate about movies, I would love to share the movies that I find interesting with you.❤️ This way, I will also have a purposeful activity.💪 Please support me and leave your comments with your thoughts.🙏
Fight Club - 1999 IMDb : 8.8/10 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ The movie I chose for my first cast about films today is *Fight Club*. This text will not contain any spoilers, so you won’t lose the enjoyment of watching the movie. The film I selected to introduce is a complex psychological and philosophical piece, one that critiques today’s consumer society. It shows how a society transforms into a consumerist one and what kinds of issues arise in society and individuals’ mental health as a result. This work, which is adapted from Chuck Palahniuk’s book, presents a nightmarish world that David Fincher, the director of the film, has created. It portrays a tense and dense reality that is very much relevant to today’s societies and modern humans—people who get pummeled and are searching for liberation in the hidden depths of their own selves.
Failure is not an option, success is 💪
Shutter Island IMDb : 8.2/10 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ If you want to see a movie that will surprise you and challenge your mind with new questions even after the movie, do watch Shutter Island, directed by Martin Scorsese and starring excellent Leonardo DiCaprio. The movie, with its multi-layered storytelling and architecture, makes you think long after the credits are over, and it encourages you to dive deep into various theories that keep your brain engaged. The strength of the movie is to take you to a place of mystery and opulence feigning plainness. It's something that you won't be able to help but experience—being in a place where you are given a glimmer of light for further travel, as opposed to concrete answers. So make sure that watching this introspective and captivating film is on your list! ⭐
