Subscriptions will close once the cap is filled - If oversubscribed, $HEIST will be distributed proportionally based on each user’s contribution. Any excess ETH will be refunded at claim. - A HEIST/ETH pool will be seeded on Uniswap prior to the $HEIST claim window, which will open no later than 4 hours after the sale ends.
