It’s weird because all of the variables you mention are serious headwinds, but hiring is in FULL swing in crypto.
We’re seeing big projects and startups alike wanting to grow their teams, top talent looking to explore new roles and web2 devs wanting to move into web3. So overall, I’m pretty optimistic.
