Glad to see this again I did love your intro I wanna ask how do we consciously notice things around us and within since the neuro senses does that for us subconsciously And what kind of protective mechanism does the neurones use to protect or inform us of danger Does it work hand in hand with hormones cause I did hear of adrenaline don't know if neurons are linked to its secretion

Consciously just means that we noticed it using our higher mental functions, cognitively or emotionally And to answer your question about neurons, neuroception alarms our brains when sensing danger, and in turn the brain sends chemicals throughout our bodies through our neurons. I can also make a video about how neurons work if you’re interested!
