Surge in activity in Farcaster + Base App
I'm noticing an interesting trend:
- @farcaster activity has grown again – DAUs have skyrocketed.
And this is evident not by perception, but by data. 📊 Dune Analytics (classic Farcaster activity charts):
• 🟣 farcaster.network → Live Stats
• 🟦 @baseapp.base.eth onchain activity → Basescan heatmaps
DAU growth usually indicates that something is brewing in the ecosystem:
- new features,
- updates to the @baseapp ,
- FIP discussions, or simply a return of users to the action.
This isn't "insider information," but a regular observation based on open data. 😉
But yes, it feels like something is brewing again.
Farcaster + @base.base.eth = that rare case where social network and on-chain activity grow simultaneously. 🚀
