Depression is complicated and very silent. My best friend had it and, as a man, it took him a long time to open up to me. I thought it was a male weakness, a vulnerability, but thank God he opened up and then I told him about the importance of therapy and how it had changed my life! Today, he is with his therapist, super happy and living in Portugal, fulfilling his dream of becoming a tattoo artist there! We need to be aware of the slightest signs so that we can do something meaningful for the ones we love!

frank conversation and acceptance, you know? from all his friends and family, he just felt comfortable showing vulnerability with me and I thank God to this day for the opportunity, I don't know if he would be here if he hadn't talked to me! This photo was a day before he went to a new country without knowing absolutely anyone and today every day he sends me a message thanking him for listening to him ♥️
