Last week, I was at a restaurant when the waiter accidentally spilled a drink on my shirt. I was a bit annoyed at first, but the waiter was so apologetic and immediately offered to replace my drink and gave me a discount on my meal. I appreciated his quick response, and it turned a potentially frustrating situation into a more positive one.
