Focus on building effective systems instead. - Lasting change comes from shifting your identity, not just your actions. - Learn how to build good habits and effectively break bad ones. To reinforce positive habits, we should create an environment rich in visual cues, prioritize consistency over perfection, stack habits for seamless integration, and track progress to stay motivated.
