This is a prototype crossbody bag design I made a few years ago. I like the simplicity of the form and the soft curves. 

Thinking about resurrecting it in black leather. Thoughts?

improvements would include:
-adjustable strap w/ gold buckle
-edge finishing 
-small zip pocket on the inside
-hardware closure

Yes! It will be lined with split leather and have a small zipper pocket in addition to the main compartment

That aging thing is wise! I can prototype in 3D with endless colors. Always welcome for creativity!

I’m planning to use a full grain vegetable tanned leather that should improve with age, so the skin itself should do most of the talking. No prints or anything too fancy needed :) Thanks for sharing your input though!

Interesting, how about adding a print to the leather and some nice trims?
