I have a no leverage rule but am considering using a 5x collateralized Aave loan to cover what i'm being sued by celsius and paying it back when ETH hits 8k. I feel the next months could get bumpy but that in the next ~year we'll see 10k ETH. Thoughts? 🤔

SEC suing Uniswap is intentionally good for crypto. For Blackrock to use Defi, it first needs legal president for what CAN be done. If SEC only went after shady projects, honest projects would then hold back innovation due to fear of prosecution. Knowing what can be done is better than knowing what can't be done.
