Fantastic Governance Day talk from John from PSE/EF and @loringharkness of ShutterNetwork with serious data on the State of Private Voting. Result: lots of progress but we still aren't there. Encryption and decryption are key elements as we still have issues with trust assumptions and tally privacy.
