It’s similar our musical scales evolves over time based off vowels ( Solfeggio ) and even fundamental tunings such as 432hz to now 440hz (standard A on piano) Occasionally we shift octaves. Harmonic Conscious Octaves. I think it has to do with precessions of time. enjoy
