Just some Mom Math for you this morning Most couples I know, both parents want to or need to work 60++ hour weeks This is true for me and my husband We are lucky to be able to access and afford AMAZING childcare that tops out at 45 hours per week I think this is the right thing anyway since I want the person caring for my child to be able to be rested, healthy, and have a life Even if my husband and I limit our work to 60 hours per week (which is hard or impossible) and designate 5 hours where we are not overlapping and can tag team (which is hard to do since we don’t totally control our schedules)
