we chase tomorrow like a shadow always just out of reach our hands full of plans our hearts racing ahead but when the sun rises we forget to pause to feel the warmth to taste the air to notice the laughter that lives in the moment every tomorrow is built on the ruins of today and if we never stop running we lose the very thing we hope to gain let us make today brighter let it be enough to hold i write for those who choose presence over longing and craft joy in the now. . .
