Vegan almost two years now. Healthier and stronger than ever. Pretty clean eating. Don't miss much. Never liked dairy. I had a winddown on meat/eggs the first few months as I continued to crave. These days I am very satisfied. Happy too. Maybe it was timing but works for me!
