Hi everyone, it’s Geoff. We’ve seen truly unprecedented levels of global voting activity for #TheGameAwards this year — tens of millions of votes in the first 24 hours alone. I know some of you have experienced errors and lag while voting, and I want to apologize. Our web team has been working around the clock with our partners at @googlecloud, and with @eastdakota and the team at @cloudflare, to improve the experience. Things should be much smoother now. A quick reminder: there’s no rush to vote. You have until December 10 to lock in your picks. I’ll keep you updated as we continue to improve performance.
