This summer, I will…

 improve my running and finally get to 10k with easy and grace. 

It sounds simple, but it has many implications in my routine, exercise level, nutrition etc. one step at a time and I’ll get there healthy and injury free.

I’m a writer and an editor. I love art, literature, music, and to drink good coffee. I practice Ashtanga yoga. I’m here to connect and learn.
