No, I haven't had any issues with my mail being marked as spam, or any issues with delivery. I followed iRedmail's step-by-step guide.
Though I will say that I use the email server primarily for segregating different subscriptions and accounts with other services.
That's as opposed to using it for business and sending out large volume or high importance emails.
