Thanks for your support MC! The most challenging aspect of building a hardware business in my opinion is competing with the expectations that Big Tech companies like Apple and Google have set for our target audience. Ship times, pricing, customizability, etc are all factors that are very much dependent on size & scale of production. In year 1 of our business I think we have done a great job so far, but also know that we have so much room for improvement as we scale volume and our knowledge set. Big Tech has been fine tuning this for 20+ years now
