You can usually tell the ppl that haven't because they don't humanize ppl in those roles, they just treat them like a means to an end.
Not trying to be derogatory, just acknowledging that we're culturally trained to see service workers as resources and tools, not as people.
Good to see life from the other side to break that perception.
