This speaks to a core principle of Nearchos and why we are building Community Mood Maps.
I don't blame builders for prioritizing speculative behavior.
- protocols need fees
- only degen are using crypto
- builders build for what gets used
What else would get prioritized? Nobody's gonna pay fees to use an app that does a worse job at something a dozen web2 apps already do better, and for free most of the time.
1. We have to build a narrative that supports *why* Blockchains matter; that's our 6 Pillars described in our paragraph.
2. We have to help devs by building out use cases for non speculative applications that address the user needs identified by the 6 pillars.
That's what Community Mood Maps is. We're creating a repository of blueprints to inspire developers to build things that people will actually use to drive innovation away from *just* casinos (cuz they're fine) and get positive sum traffic going to fund better protocol development.
