Couldn't agree more! I cannot help but point back to @danicaswanson's amazing piece on how quality writing is systemic. The idea is creating systems that enable normal people to do above average work. We don't need to glorify this top 1% mindset, but rather embrace the beauty of being normal and average and contributing high quality work anyway!
