An altcoin season remains possible later in the crypto cycle, typically following a Bitcoin price stabilization or breakout, but current conditions aren't yet supportive. Right now, capital is concentrated in Bitcoin and major large-cap assets, with limited rotation into smaller altcoins.
For an altcoin season to emerge, we’d likely need stronger market momentum, increased speculative activity, and improved on-chain fundamentals across projects—signals that aren’t broadly visible yet. If macro conditions improve and liquidity expands, a window could open in late 2024 or 2025.
