a friend of a friend killed himself tonight.
his suicide note is public on Facebook and I read the whole thing - he lost his girl, was in soul-crushing debt and a shot credit score because of it, his adhd wouldn't let him process and regulate emotions normally.
I felt every word in my soul.
it could have been me.
