Absolutely devastating loss at the Grand Canyon North Rim. Built in 1937 (after the original burned down), it now lies in ruin. Thankfully everyone was evacuated in time because this fire tore through containment lines.

We camped here in 2018. It’s totally different than the more popular South Rim, a much more chill mountain vibe.
