Artifact 073 Something I discovered from the behind the scene photos was while I was on set directing I’d sometimes close my eyes or look away from the monitor and just listen to the actors. Not every take, but enough to realize that I was trying to focus more intently on the delivery and energy of a performance. I do wonder if this had to do with the fact that it was my first screenplay or something that I picked up to stay hyper focused and turn down the producer side of my brain.
