3/ a. Pectra successes: Mainnet launch was largely successful due to strong team collaboration & quick responses to testnet issues.
b. Pectra improvements: Better scoping (less ambition) & EIP effort estimation needed for future forks to avoid delays.
5/ d. Pectra challenges: Testnets harder due to many EIPs & bugs (Holesky non-finality). Lack of central focus compared to prior upgrades.
e. Pectra kudos: EthPandaOps & EF testing/security teams highly appreciated for testing, devnet support, & bug finding.
6/ f. Pectra 1-3 words: "Relieved, challenging, anxious, excited, next fork."
g. future priorities: Scaling (L1/L2) is top priority for growth/usability. Also important: UX/DevEx, privacy, censorship resistance.
7/ h. future improvements: Earlier/decisive scoping, better EIP estimation, efficient ACD processes, more testing/collaboration (early devnets).
