true story and glad this stuck with you @annelisa because i think it’s a really important point! prior to starting /rehash in april 2022 i had recorded 150+ podcast episodes on crypto topics for other projects i was working on at the time but each time i left the company i no longer owned the podcast or any of the content i had worked so hard to create there the podcast i had conceptualized, launched, recorded, and produced for over 100 episodes suddenly had a new hire’s name listed under it, and i had to start over from scratch i did this a couple of times before finally deciding to go off on my own — a scary but worthwhile endeavor as all any creator wants at the end of the day is to own their own content (and be able to monetize it ofc)
