People complain with me about engagement all the time..
I go to their profile and after 3 seconds i think “no wonder you get no engagement”
But i never give them actual feedback cause i dont wanna offend or roast anyone..
When you give unsolicited advice thats how they take it
But you did a smart thing cause you asked who wants constructive feedback
Those people will grow for sure.
