question I’ve been grappling with and don’t know the answer to. for non-financial use cases, what is the best architecture:

1. Smart contract system*
2. Signed data with offchain processing logic w/ indexer 

*assume the smart contract system will become immutable at some point

smart contact system gets you an immutability in the set of rules that feels helpful for broad coordination 

but do flexible rules really limit coordination meaningfully? Farcaster a great example off signed data w/ offchain processing logic. seems like ppl are coordinating …

it’s a coupled identity system (Farcaster rip off) + pure content mgmt system (no value transfer). basically have built versions idk how to think thru the trade offs. it’s gonna run on our own validium most likely. would love to chat if this still a thing!
