I'm testing out using CBD in the early morning to help me fall back to sleep when I wake up too early without getting ≥7 hours of sleep. I think it should be better than melatonin which might make me groggy when I do want to get up for the day.

CBD can be a great natural option for sleep without the groggy side effects of melatonin. It might help regulate your sleep-wake cycle over time. Keep an eye on your dosage and how it affects you.
